Royal Hospital School

Innovative summer programmes in the idyllic Suffolk countryside.

Participants who enrol on the Immerse Education technology summer programme will find themselves spending two weeks in one of the most serene settings to be found in the UK, surrounded by the British countryside in all its tranquillity and splendour.

All participants will be accommodated within one of the school’s boarding houses: Howe or St. Vincent. Within each house there are leisure facilities that include day rooms, table tennis and pool tables, television rooms and a house library. Each participant will be accommodated within shared dormitories with shared bathroom facilities on the same corridor. Corridors or staircases separate male and female students and bed linen is changed weekly. Ensuite accommodation can be provided for a supplement, on a first-come first-served basis.

Supervision and safety

Participants are supervised by experienced Programme Managers and a team of trained mentors, who live on-site to ensure 24/7 the supervision and safety of all of our participants. If you’d like to learn more about our Immerse Technology summer programmes, you can read about them here.

Royal Hospital School

The Immerse Education technology programmes takes place within one of the most beautiful and historic boarding schools in the UK. Originally founded in Greenwich in 1712, Royal Hospital School moved to its spectacular site in Suffolk in 1933. Sitting in the heart of English countryside, it comprises 200 acres and overlooks the resplendent River Stour.

Its unique naval heritage with resplendent architecture and a tradition for innovation, is an inspiring background for our participants as they explore the limits of their capabilities both intellectually and socially. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional experiences of leadership and academic excellence through a programme for participants that instils confidence and a passion for learning that will support their future academic aspirations.
