Over the years, Hannah has grown educational programmes across multiple international locations, scaling operational logistics, building partnerships and leading teams to deliver meaningful learning experiences. Her experience includes operational planning, programme development, financial management, safeguarding and risk mitigation. As Head of Global Operations at Immerse Education, Hannah oversees all in-person programmes across the UK, USA and Asia-Pacific, driving process standardisation, cross-department collaboration and operational improvements to enable scalable growth while maintaining consistent standards and excellent experiences across every programme. She enjoys collaborating with diverse teams and partners to bring ambitious programmes to life and is always open to connecting with others interested in education, operational leadership and international programme delivery.

Jiro Leal has lived in the UK since 2001, having been born and raised in Mexico. He completed his CELTA in 2010 and went on to earn his DELTA in 2014, building his career as an English Language teacher working primarily with adult learners. In 2016, he expanded into teacher training, delivering professional development programmes in the UK and Kazakhstan. These experiences shaped a strong practical understanding of teaching, learning, and the realities of international education. Since 2011, Jiro has worked across the international education sector, moving from the classroom into student recruitment and global relationship building with schools and partners worldwide. His career has been defined by a steady focus on people, progression, and trust. As Head of Admissions, he is driven by student success and experience, ensuring every participant is supported, informed, and confident at each stage of their academic journey.

Josh has a diverse background in the education industry, having worked in and collaborated across numerous roles and departments. This has enabled him to develop strong skills in logistics, operations and enhancing student experiences, and he continues to grow and learn in these areas. Outside of education, Josh works professionally in theatre and has been part of productions in London, toured across the UK and Ireland, and performed in Singapore. These experiences have strengthened his work ethic, time management, public speaking abilities and collaborative approach, while reflecting the high standards he sets for himself.

Karl Keely has 15 years of experience in education, covering teaching, teacher training and leadership roles. With over a decade teaching in China, creating and delivering curricula for History, English Literature, Media Studies and EFL, Karl has worked with hundreds of international students, supporting their development and helping them to secure places at the world’s top-ranked universities, including Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge and the University of Pennsylvania. Completing his PGCEi with distinction in 2017, Karl has looked to implement the concepts of positive education, project-based learning and content and language integrated learning in his leadership roles over the last decade. He is currently the Head of Faculty at Immerse Education, where he has created and implemented the Immerse Experiential Learning Framework, providing an educational direction for over 1500 students globally a year and working with 200 tutors from top-ranked universities to deliver engaging and skills-centred courses.

With extensive experience in international student recruitment within the UK education sector—including academic summer schools, education consultancy, private schools and higher education—Pearly has worked closely with education agents worldwide, particularly across the UK, Western Europe, Southeast Asia and East Asia, helping educational institutions diversify their student cohorts and achieve their recruitment goals.
