Where can you study Computer Science with Immerse Education?
If you love coding and solving complete problems and want to explore this field before university, Immerse Education’s summer Computer Science courses are a great choice. You will study programming languages, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.

Online Learning
If you want to study from home, you can join the online computer science summer programmes. Live sessions with expert tutors will guide you through coding exercises and challenges. In our group programmes, discussions will keep learning fresh and interactive. You will complete personal projects, allowing you to practice coding skills. In-Person Learning
If you prefer face-to-face learning, you can join the summer Computer Science courses, held on campus. You don’t need prior skills, experience, or learning to take the residential course for computer science. But having an active interest in the subject is helpful.
The residential Computer Science courses are best suited for motivated participants ages 13-18. Are you planning to take computer science-related courses at the university? Taking this course will give you a massive headstart against your competition.
Immerse Education integrates Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) to support ESL students. This approach combines academic content with language development, ensuring that students improve their English proficiency while engaging with subject-specific material. Our experienced tutors use a variety of techniques to enhance understanding and language acquisition. Computer Science students will start with programming in Python, covering its basics and problem-solving applications. Parents FAQ
We have strict safeguarding policies and procedures that cover all cases of students needed medical attention to ensure student safety and wellbeing. If a child requires medical attention, all of our staff are first-aid trained are able to handle minor injuries or illnesses on-site, while more serious cases are referred to the nearest hospital or GP practice. All of our team members pass an Enhanced DBS check (the UK’s criminal record check) and undergo safeguarding and welfare training. Our resident summer team, together with college personnel, supervise each of our sites 24/7. The colleges and the cities themselves are very safe environments.
Meals are provided for students during the programme, with specifics depending on the student’s age group and exact location or college. Typically, students aged 13-15 receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner either on-site or near their accommodation, while students aged 16-18 are provided with breakfast and dinner, with various lunch options available near their accommodation or classrooms.Our host venues accommodate all dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, halal, gluten-free, and allergy-related needs. If your child has specific allergies or dietary restrictions, please include these details in the post-enrolment form so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Students will be responsible for getting to and from the city where the programme is located. However, travel to and from excursions, tours and activities attended during the programme’s duration will be fully arranged by Immerse Education and are included in the fees.
