What is the submission criteria?

1. Relevance

Your piece should clearly connect to one of the blog themes. What’s the personal angle or question you’re exploring?

2. Style & Substance

Write in an accessible, engaging blog style—first person is encouraged. It should feel like a conversation, not a school essay.

3. Personal Reflection

We want to know why this matters to you. What have you learned? What would you tell someone in your shoes?

4. Structure

Make sure your blog has a clear beginning, middle, and end. Introduce your idea, explore it thoughtfully, and wrap up with a takeaway or reflection.

5. Bonus

Entries that stand out and don’t use AI generation will likely be the most original and exciting blogs.
