In-depth academic sessions

Expert academic tutors guide students through a bespoke, subject-specific curriculum that deepens their understanding and enhances critical thinking skills.

Personal research project

Students design and complete an independent research project, developing essential skills in research, academic writing, referencing, and argumentation — culminating in a final written report. Perfect for university applications!

Choice of 1:1 or group lessons

Students have the choice between individual tutorials with their subject tutor, offering personalised feedback and mentorship, or learning in a group setting amongst like-minded peers.

Certificate of achievement and accreditation

Upon completion, students receive a certificate recognising their academic work — ideal for university applications, portfolios, or CVs. For accredited courses, they also receive a copy of their qualification recognised by universities around the world.

Publication in Research Journal

For Publication Research Programme students, they will finish their programme with 4 hours of coaching to support them in publishing their work in an internationally recognised high school journal.

Immerse Education’s online international relations programme is for students aged 13-18. It covers topics like diplomacy, global issues, and how countries work together. Students will work on a personal, university-level research project – at the end of our course, they will be better able to complete detailed research, investigate global issues, and communicate complex ideas. It’s a fantastic opportunity for young students to develop and acquire new concepts.

Online research opportunities & outcomes

Develop your personal project

Students will work on a university-level research project through our international relations online programme. Participants will get one-on-one instruction from knowledgeable professionals, select their research topic, and receive personalised support to complete their paper By the end of our programme, top students will have a chance to present their work at the Immerse Online Symposium.

Skills gained/developed

Students in Immerse Education’s programme develop strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. They learn how to communicate effectively and conduct independent research. These skills are helpful in both school and work. Our international relations summer school prepares participants to succeed in an ever-changing world where quick thinking and clear communication are key.

Immerse Education’s group online international relations programme helps students build the academic writing skills expected at university. Through a guided research project, they learn how to structure an academic paper, reference sources accurately, and present arguments with clarity and precision. From developing a thesis to integrating citations, students practise the fundamentals of academic writing in a subject-specific context.

Top-performing students may also be awarded a personal Letter of Recommendation from their tutor - a prestigious endorsement to further strengthen future applications

Parents FAQ

What if my child needs medical attention?

We have strict safeguarding policies and procedures that cover all cases of students needed medical attention to ensure student safety and wellbeing. If a child requires medical attention, all of our staff are first-aid trained are able to handle minor injuries or illnesses on-site, while more serious cases are referred to the nearest hospital or GP practice. For more information, or if you are unsure about whether we can accommodate your requirements, please contact us at enquiries@immerse.education.

How is my child's safety ensured during the programme?

All of our team members pass an Enhanced DBS check (the UK’s criminal record check) and undergo safeguarding and welfare training. Our resident summer team, together with college personnel, supervise each of our sites 24/7. The colleges and the cities themselves are very safe environments.

Are meals provided, and do you cater to dietary requirements?

Meals are provided for students during the programme, with specifics depending on the student’s age group and exact location or college. Typically, students aged 13-15 receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner either on-site or near their accommodation, while students aged 16-18 are provided with breakfast and dinner, with various lunch options available near their accommodation or classrooms.Our host venues accommodate all dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, halal, gluten-free, and allergy-related needs. If your child has specific allergies or dietary restrictions, please include these details in the post-enrolment form so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Is travel to and from the programme’s location included?

Students will be responsible for getting to and from the city where the programme is located. However, travel to and from excursions, tours and activities attended during the programme’s duration will be fully arranged by Immerse Education and are included in the fees.
