Where can you study Female Future Leaders with Immerse Education?
The Female Future Leaders summer school from Immerse Education is an exciting programme designed for women who aim to make an impact with their future endeavours. It's a two-week course where you will learn leadership skills, communication techniques, and strategic thinking in a welcoming and supportive environment.

In-Person Programmes
On our female leadership course, you’ll get hands-on experience and learn directly from expert tutor. You’ll have 1-on-1 tutoring, where a teacher focuses on helping you with your individual needs, as well as group workshops where you’ll work with peers to discuss ideas and solve problems together. You will also have the chance to work on a personal project, which allows you to dive deeper into topics that interest you.

Ifeoluwa Ogunbufunmi is a Strategy & Operations Leader with 9 years of extensive years of experience working with BigTech, FinTech, Venture Capital, Law and Government Institutions across the EMEA and UKI regions. Her experiences include: Amazon Web Services (AWS) UK & Ireland; Global Ventures (a leading Venture Capital firm based in Dubai, UAE); Flutterwave (Africa’s highest valued Fintech unicorn); Banwo & Ighodalo (one of Africa’s leading commercial law firms); and the Office of Nigeria’s Vice President (Ease of Doing Business Team). She's passionate about imparting her business knowledge to young adults, women and young professionals across her career journey. She also has a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Oxford.

Lesego
Before joining Bloomberg as a Consultant in London, Lesego completed an MBA at the Cambridge Judge Business School. Lesego has also worked with McKinsey & Company in their various global offices.

The Frontiers in Psychology states that female leaders received praise for their outstanding leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. Three women stand out: Angela Merkel of Germany, Jacinda Ardern Jacinda Ardern of New Zealand, and Tsai Ing-Wen of Taiwan. Additionally, they provide personalised feedback and support to help students master subject-specific terminology.

Parents FAQ
We have strict safeguarding policies and procedures that cover all cases of students needed medical attention to ensure student safety and wellbeing. If a child requires medical attention, all of our staff are first-aid trained are able to handle minor injuries or illnesses on-site, while more serious cases are referred to the nearest hospital or GP practice. All of our team members pass an Enhanced DBS check (the UK’s criminal record check) and undergo safeguarding and welfare training. Our resident summer team, together with college personnel, supervise each of our sites 24/7. The colleges and the cities themselves are very safe environments.
Meals are provided for students during the programme, with specifics depending on the student’s age group and exact location or college. Typically, students aged 13-15 receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner either on-site or near their accommodation, while students aged 16-18 are provided with breakfast and dinner, with various lunch options available near their accommodation or classrooms.Our host venues accommodate all dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, halal, gluten-free, and allergy-related needs. If your child has specific allergies or dietary restrictions, please include these details in the post-enrolment form so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Students will be responsible for getting to and from the city where the programme is located. However, travel to and from excursions, tours and activities attended during the programme’s duration will be fully arranged by Immerse Education and are included in the fees.
