Shared Airport Transfers

Please note that parents and participants are responsible for ensuring that they allow sufficient time between flight arrival, and the departure of the transfer. We recommend allowing a minimum of two hours to account for border control and transfers between terminals, if required.

Please note that parents and participants are responsible for ensuring that they allow sufficient time for the journey, check-in and security checks. The approximate journey times to Heathrow airport from each location are as follows: Cambridge (2 hours) / Oxford (2 hours) / London (1.5 hours).
