Our tutors are used to teaching undergraduate students who have travelled from all over the world. They are delighted to support students who do not have English as a first language. However, we recommend that participants have a minimum English level of B2 to benefit from the programmes’ academic nature fully.

There is no requirement to speak Japanese at any level. The classes and activities will be held in English

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to have a parent/guardian/chaperone live on-site with you during the programme.

Many parents/guardians decide to privately stay in a hotel or rented apartment in the city whilst the course is going on, but this is something we cannot assist with.
