Tumi Ogundamisi
Tumi Ogundamisi is an educator, researcher, and programme strategist with experience working to expand access to education and career pathways for young people. Building on studies across the disciplines of Psychology, Linguistics and Education, her work sits at the intersection of education and human development, with a particular focus on creative and culturally responsive learning in and beyond the classroom. Her research and published writing examine youth participatory action research, moral development, and the role of media and creative practice in learning and identity formation.
Alongside this, Tumi has designed and delivered programmes and workshops across the UK and US, collaborating with educational institutions, cultural organisations, and youth-focused initiatives. Her practice combines research-led insight with programme design to support inclusive, scalable learning experiences that centre student voice, engagement, and long-term impact.
