“Our architecture teacher teaches us a lot from the history of architecture to designing in the present day, and about our future careers as architects. It has made me want to become an architect or at least study architecture. Today we've talked about portfolios and what is necessary for that next movement to college and to get accepted into University. It's helped me a lot to prepare for the next two years, and where I'm going to be heading to get to that point.”

Meet our amazing Mathematics tutors
At the Mathematics Summer School in Boston, Immerse Education’s tutors are experienced educators and researchers with a gift for helping students understand complex mathematical ideas. Their teaching is rooted in both academic depth and a genuine passion for helping students grow in confidence. Topics like calculus, number theory, and probability are introduced through structured seminars, group exercises, and individual challenges.
Tutors tailor their approach to meet students where they are - whether reinforcing core concepts or introducing university-level thinking. They emphasise clarity, precision, and problem-solving strategies, helping students develop both the skills and mindset needed for success in quantitative disciplines. Their lessons also connect mathematics to real-world contexts, from science and technology to finance and data science, so students can see its broad relevance. With their support, students leave better prepared for further study and more confident in their ability to tackle complex mathematical problems independently.
