Module 1 - Foundations of Criminal Law
Explore the fundamental principles of criminal law, focusing on the definition of crimes, the role of criminal courts, and the principles of justice that underlie criminal punishment.
Learn about the principles of equality before the law and how legal systems strive to ensure justice. Understand how cases involving discrimination and civil rights are handled by courts.
