What to Expect from the Group Online Research Programme
Geared towards pre-university students who are 14-18 years old, our Group Accredited Online Research Programme allows students to learn about their subject in an inspiring group setting. At the end of the 15-hour online programme, successfully completed research projects will result in UCAS points which can be used in university applications.

How Does It Work?
Receive a personalised programme tailored to your goals, at a time that suits you.
Once you have entered your detail in our waitlist, we can start to build your GAORP classroom when other students with the same interests sign up.
Once the waitlist is full, we’ll send you over everything you need to enrol onto the programme. You’ll provide us with more information about your academic background and goals, so we can tailor the programme to you, and pay a deposit.
Once your tutor has been found, timetable confirmed and full fees received, you will receive final instructions containing details about your programme, such as a course overview, how to access your virtual classroom, as well as any additional material from your tutor.
You’ll embark on a 15 hour programme with your group and expert tutor. You’ll also be required to research and prepare your project in your own time.
At the end of the course, your academic research project will be independently assessed and you will receive a certificate of completion, as well as a detailed evaluation from your tutor.

Immerse Education’s Group Accredited Online Research Programme is designed for participants who want to enhance their personal research and study skills in preparation for university, whilst also developing deeper knowledge in their chosen field.

While both courses will teach you high-level skills with an experienced tutor, the GAORP includes 5 additional hours of tuition and a number of qualification specific lessons designed to ensure you meet the requirements of our internationally recognised awarding body. You’ll also learn in a group setting, rather than through 1:1 tuition.

The Accredited Online Research Programme involves learning through 1:1 supervision, whilst students learn in a group setting on the Group Accredited Online Research Programme.
What Will I Study in the Group Accredited Online Research Programme?
Depending on your interests, you will join a group studying one of five areas: Business, Economics,and Entrepreneurship; Medicine and Health Sciences; Arts and Humanities; Global Society and Sustainability and Innovations in STEM. Within these courses, you’ll dive into relevant subtopics that you can discover through exploring each theme’s homepage.
How does the Immerse Accredited Online Research Programme help with UCAS applications?
UCAS applications depend on a wide range of factors that assess your suitability for university. One of these is UCAS points. Accredited courses can add UCAS points to your application. The GAORP can provide you with 8 UCAS points to help showcase your skills.

What do I need to join an Group Accredited Online Programme?
In order to participate, students would need to have a computer/tablet and internet connection access. They would also need a working webcam to engage with their classes. They also need a valid form of ID.
Will I be able to complete my own research project?
Yes! Every student works on their own unique project, meaning you can pursue exactly what you’re interested in during your studies. You will get feedback from your tutor and peers as you work on your project.
