In this guide, we’ll walk you through a step-by-step process to enrol in our Oxford summer school, from picking your programme to confirming payment. You’ll know what to prepare too.

Enrolling: A Step-by-Step Process

Want clear instructions on how to enrol in our Oxford summer programme? 

Here’s a complete guide you can keep open in a separate tab while you enrol, so you can follow along step by step.

Step 1: Visit the Immerse Education Website

To start, go to the Immerse Education website: https://www.immerse.education/. From the top right menu, click Enrol to begin.

Step 2: Use Filters to Find Your Programme

Use the filters to narrow your options by teaching format, pathway, subject, location, and age group. This makes it easy to find the Oxford programme that fits your subject interests and what you want to achieve.

Step 3: Choose Your Programme

Once you’ve applied the filters, choose the programme you want from the list and click Enrol. If you’d like to read more before deciding, click View Details.

Step 4: Select Your Programme Option

Choose one of the three options below, then click Select your programme option to continue.

  • Non-residential: academic sessions and activities, with no accommodation.
  • Classic: the full residential experience, including accommodation.
  • Classic + Online Research Programme: the Classic residential experience plus an online research project, with 25% off the Online Research Programme fee.

After this, select your preferred programme dates. If you choose Classic + Online Research Programme, you’ll also be asked to select your online research subject and your preferred month and dates, alongside your Oxford programme dates.

Step 5: Add Another Programme (Optional)

Want to study a second subject while you’re with us? You can add another programme and save up to 35% off.

Click Yes, please to add another programme, then select:

  • Location
  • Age group
  • Subject
  • Programme option (Non-residential or Classic)
  • Preferred dates

After this, click on Add programme. If you’d rather stick with one programme, click No, thanks to continue. 

Step 6: Enter Participant’s Personal Details

Fill in the participant’s full name, email address, date of birth, pronouns, and nationality. Once everything looks correct, click Next to continue.

Step 7: Add Academic Details and Your Motivation

Enter your country of residence and the name of your school. Then write a short motivation statement explaining why you want to join, what you hope to gain, and how it connects to your future goals.

Tick the box to confirm you’ll complete the preparatory materials before the programme begins, then click Next to continue.

Step 8: Add Parent or Guardian Information

Enter a parent or guardian’s full name, email address, and phone number.

You can also refer to a sibling here. Once enrolment is complete, you’ll receive a 10% sibling discount code.

Step 9: Review and confirm payment details

You’ll see a summary of your programme choices and personal details. Check everything carefully and make any changes before you continue.

Next, choose how you’d like to pay, either pay in full or pay a £995 deposit, which is required for all in-person and online programmes. The remaining balance must be paid 12 weeks before the programme start date.

When you’re ready, click Continue to Payment.

Step 10: Complete payment

Enter your billing address and payment details to complete checkout.

You’ll also be asked who recommended you to Immerse Education, and whether you’d like to learn more about UniAdmissions, our Oxbridge preparation partner. This last option is completely optional.

When you’re ready, click Submit Enrolment.

Step 11: Choose Your Payment Method and Confirm Payer Details

On the secure payment page, select your country or region and choose a payment method (such as card or Google Pay). Tick the terms box, then click Next.

Enter the payer’s details (name, email, billing address, and phone number), click Next, then review the payment summary and select Continue to Payment to finish.

With slots filling quickly for our Oxford summer programmes, it’s worth submitting your enrolment as early as you can, especially if you have a preferred subject or date window in mind. 

Early enrolment usually gives you more choice and more time to plan travel, payments, and preparation without rushing. Here are the programme dates for our Oxford summer courses.

  • Session 1: 5th July to 18th July
  • Session 2: 19th July to 1st August
  • Session 3: 2nd August to 15th August

No. We’re looking for curiosity, motivation, and a genuine interest in the subject, not perfect grades.

How competitive is it?

Places are limited, so popular subjects and dates can fill quickly. Applying early gives you the best chance of securing your preferred session.

What happens if my first-choice session is full?

You can usually choose another session or subject that still has availability. Our team can also suggest the closest alternatives.

When will I receive my confirmation and next steps?

You’ll receive a confirmation email after submitting enrolment and payment. It includes what to do next and how to prepare.
